Mark Heckman
Is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, has more than 30 years experience in real estate. He appraises all types of properties (commercial, investment, industrial, residential). His clients are mostly mortgage lenders and attorneys. Much of his work involves the valuation of complex properties for lenders and litigation support. He testifies as an expert witness in real estate valuation matters on a regular basis. He also works closely with other appraisers in the firm to assure that only high quality, credible analyses are produced.
Jeremy Knox
Is a PA State Certified General Appraiser and one of our Relocation Appraisal specialists. Jeremy is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance, concentrating on Real Estate Studies. Jeremy has been appraising for nearly 15 years and has been with our office for 10 years. Jeremy is also an FHA approved appraiser.
Gina DiStefano
Gina DiStefano wears several hats in the firm. She has been appraising residential real estate full-time for more than ten years, and is also the office manager and IT specialist. She is a Pennsylvania Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, and is HUD approved to do FHA appraisals. Before becoming an appraisal professional, Gina was a corporate manager.
